ODK Build is a web-based, drag-and-drop service for creating forms used with data collection tools such as ODK Collect and ODK Central. ODK Build is part of ODK, a free and open-source set of tools which help organizations author, field, and manage mobile data collection solutions. Start right now building your own forms at https://build.getodk.org. Read the user manual and post on the ODK forum if you get stuck.
If you want to build forms while offline, Build offers an offline version.
