Remember last zoom level on a map

Problem

We've heard a lot of user feedback that users think the default map zoom level is too far away for many contexts. This also relates to remembering the last input method #6354

Callum also experienced this on his research trip, where data collectors had to zoom in a lot each time, which was very repetitive and annoying. Post on the forum.

Solution

Save the last zoom level rather than changing the default. This might also help with another pain point we've heard about difficulty seeing the selected point on a map when you have many points.

Need to determine

• Do we remember it across all maps? Per-question? Per question type?
