Metrics notifications to MSTeams don't work

Steps to Reproduce

The integration was set with this manual.

When I try to send metrics alerts, they aren't received, while issues alerts are received without problems.
There are not any logs in a web container related to sending notifications.

Expected Result

Metrics alerts are received in MS Teams group chat.

Actual Result

Metrics alerts are not received in MS Teams group chat.
