Using Etcher on a fully updated Solus Budgie system (Etcher version 1.18.13) I get an error when trying to flash an .iso to usb - "Error Opening Source - Something went wrong when trying to open
Steps to reproduce
Open Etcher, select iso to flash, and error appears. Unable to continue.
Expected result
Expect to flash iso file to usb without error.
Actual result
Unable to flash iso to usb due to error that appears after opening Etcher and selecting iso to flash. "Error Opening Source - Something went wrong when trying to open
Error does not appear with Etcher AppImage downloaded from Etcher site, but AppImage is version 1.18.11 vice version 1.18.13 in Solus.
On the balena-io/etcher github site the same error message is listed as issue #4138 for Kubuntu 23.10, and the workaround used in that instance is to remove gconf dependencies when building Etcher.
See balena-io/etcher#4138
