Could you please add a link to the Appendix page to the footer of the site?

Also, I feel like it should be renamed from "Appendix" to "All Licenses" to better capture what the page is. Thoughts?

I think "Appendix" is a more legal term, while also being the most declarative in terms of lexical definition

choosealicense.com is not a legal document. It is intended for regular people (well, software developers and other creators). The website is intended to be an easy-to-use UI for these complicated legal texts ("licenses").

As with any UI, it should be relatable, and should use the lexicology (the "words") which the users are familiar with.
