Cucumber html report not generated when node test is triggered

cucumber-html-report: 5.5.0
@cucmber/cucumber: 8.7.0

Error message initially seen after triggering test command-
This Node.js version (v19.0.0) has not been tested with this version of Cucumber; it should work normally, but please raise an issue if you see anything unexpected

most likely it is message from Cucumber itself because Node.js version 19 is supported from Cucumber 8.11+
