Proposal

I would like some guidance to help me to be able to file complaints (using the API if possible) from other sources, other forms or applications like whatsapp, telegram, etc, integration with this is not a problem but I would like to have some information from the intermediate part to be able to use the api.

Motivation and context

There are other channels that allow complaints to be made through other channels than the web.
