Add a show/hide toggle for subset in all figure panels

The checkbox in the plot layer allows show/hide subset and dataset in a single figure panel. Wish it would be possible to add a similar checkbox to the Data Collection part as well such that it controls showing/hiding the subset in all panel figures simultaneously.

This is a nice idea, I'll try and see how easy it is to do - I'm planning on trying to improve the UI in the left panels (see also #1308)
