New files are not properly diagnosed #5

Open a new file, write some invalid gno code, and save: gnols returns no diagnostics.
Close the editor and open the same file: diagnostics are fine.

From the logs, it seems that gnols always considers the new file "not dirty" after saving, so it doesn't trigger the diagnostic.
