I was able to define steps how to reproduce the issue:

In the latest app versions I noticed that now SWAP form appears, but 'Connect' button is missing when follow the described steps: |

Now the issue is reproducible this way: the page is not empty, but it runs in the 'Connecting...'state (reported in #2514 ) |

I'm not able to reproduce this issue once again. However, let this issue exist on the board.
I noticed that in Brave Swap page did not show me the Swap form
When I reloaded the page, MM wallet appeared: it was locked and required connection.
As soon as I logged in, Swap form appeared on the page.
