Add custom app - can't setup with localhost - can't enter name

I am currently following along the instruction to setup Gnosis Auction Starter.
https://github.com/gnosis/ido-starter#getting-started

However, I can not proceed with [Add custom app] as the input field for name does not accept any input, so also the [ok] button stays disabled ..

@SvenMeyer Can you check if you're having errors in devtools. Seems related to not being able to fetch manifest.json. When you start the app, it also opens a tab that should show something like Waiting for safe...
