The Windows binaries from 8.2.1-1.5 fail at link if the paths includes spaces.

This is the old bug that was fixed with a patch in the previous build, but resurfaced in the new build.

Since the previous build used mingw 5.0.3 and the new one uses 5.0.4, it is possible to be a weird behaviour of mingw, fixed in the latest releases.

Fixed in 8.2.1-1.6.
