Issue description

When you select an item in the menu, it is superimposed on top of the scrollbar, it doesn’t look right.

Seems like this was fixed in 4.1 with #70901, so either some cases were missed, or there might be a regression.

It looks the same as in 4.1.

The selected item is not on top of the scrollbar. The scrollbar is transparent, so the selected item looks like on top.

#73139 was closed as fixed because the author agreed that scrollbar overlapping selection is not an issue when the text is longer than Tree width. They later pointed out that scrollbars' offsets in Tree are different from those in ScrollContainer. That's why it's associated with #70901, as it adds options to adjust scrollbars' offset.
