`expose:

Set how to expose the service. Set the type as "ingress", "clusterIP", "nodePort" or "loadBalancer"

and fill the information in the corresponding section

this secretName, icant get the samples to fill it, and i dont know its format. could someone give a hand?

The secretName is the name of the secret you want to use for external TLS. As it states in the comments, this secret should contains the following information:

      # "tls.crt" - the certificate
      # "tls.key" - the private key

An example could be this:
