I have this warning when I update dependencies.

> dep ensure -update
dep: WARNING: Unknown field in manifest: dependencies

There is validation going on but it seems as though dependencies is a known property.
Is this of some concern?

hi! we recently updated Gopkg.toml and Gopkg.lock in a backwards-incompatible way (though we now make a guarantee on the stability of the files). See #644 for info on converting.
