What needs to be done?
The Great Suspender should be removed, or at least the link should be. The extension has been removed because it was sold to an unknown party that started serving malware. It seems in poor taste to leave a dead link to malware in the documentation.

A possible alternative to replace it with: https://github.com/gioxx/MarvellousSuspender
