generate_all! throws up some bugs with the s2 example #468

Modify examples/s2/src/main.rs to use generate_all! instead of the generate! directives. Build. Some bugs show up - I have yet to characterize them, make test cases, and fix.

It's possible that #470 is the only problem here, but I'll keep this open until I know more.

After #470, this also started to run into #494, which I'm now working on.
