Flag to give users choice to enable or disable time_pid_string attaching to the log file name

Hi,

I cannot see if there is a flog users can use to disable time_pid_string attached to log file name. In Linux application, we prefer to use a single log file name with the name format of .log and to use logrotate to manage the log file and prevent glowing log file size to overflow disk space.
