While a full regression test to test #1769 is out of scope for this release QA test, I was keeping an eye out for anything that might be related and did not spot any such errors.

While verifying #4997 I noticed a potential improvement that could be made to the retryable error UX, although not directly related to the issue nor introduced in this release. As a result, I've created the new issue #6406.

• Set everything up from scratch on a live (InstaWP) site.
• Didn't spot any unexpected console errors.
• Verified UI in different device breakpoints.
• Verified changes I've been involved with.
• Used our release testing checklist to ensure everything is checked.
• Smoke tested with available feature flags.
• With the userInput feature flag enabled, I was able to spot a GET request failure (400) to /modules/analytics/data/report. It appears that @mohitwp also noticed it here during QA and will open a ticket about it.

  • Perform some testing re. Amend GA4 tag placement logic to use Google Tag ID if set #6080 without the gteSupport feature flag to ensure the current release doesn't have any regression because of this ticket.
