Generalize DMM registration API script to look for latest files produced by batch transform script

Update reg_preds_gt.py: Automate process of registering new predictions & ground truth data into DMM

Option 1 - include command line arguments for file locations (manual) -- set this up as Launcher

Option 2 - automatically look for new csv files in /mnt/results and register -- will require additional scripting to identify new files and string matching for preds / gt data identification
