I cannot ping myself using an IP address in the autograder

root@ba6bb40e3e71:/autograder# ping ::1
ping: connect: Cannot assign requested address

However, /etc/hosts maps localhost to ::1.

root@ba6bb40e3e71:/autograder# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1       localhost
::1     localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
