Hi,

On my Grafana server, I've set up daily email delivery with a dashboard displaying the last 24 hours of data from my home. However, some panels are showing only the previous hour instead of 24 hours. These 1-hour panels look really weird (see screenshot).

I've noticed a similar issue with the browser sometimes, but after doing a "refresh from source," the panels return to normal.

What happened:

What you expected to happen:

The full chart with 1h time frame:

CleanShot 18082024 at 12 33 05

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

just try to send or render a full dashboard with some panels using different time frame than the dashboard.

Anything else we need to know?:

Environment:

  • Grafana Image Renderer version: 3.11.3
  • Grafana version: 11.1.4
  • Installed plugin or remote renderer service:
  • OS Grafana Image Renderer is installed on:Raspberry PI 5
  • User OS & Browser:
  • Others:
