Problem with Items that contain a comma in the name

Hi

We use commas quite extensively in describing the interfaces on our devices (I agree, not a good choice). After updating Grafana from 9.5.14 to 10.1.1 and alexanderzobnin-zabbix-app plugin from 4.2.10 to 4.5.7, we encountered a problem that Grafana does not see Items with commas in their names.

Is there any workaround other than renaming interfaces )

Rolling back to previous versions of Grafana and the plugin solves the problem, but is not satisfactory for obvious reasons.
