Add default values

Should we add the default values to the spec? This would allow us to completely replace this document (if we want that).

Sorry, fixed the link. The idea was to eventually replace the api description in the GH repo with the generated html by swagger. Currently, the biggest difference here are the default values, that I have not added yet.
