Cannot delete Pattern created by '[anonymous]'

I created a Pattern last week but I didn't realize I was not logged in. I need to delete the Pattern because the Text/Test section contains some sensitive information.
If I log in and try to save the Pattern on my account, the only message I can see is:

This pattern was created by '[anonymous]'. Fork will create a new copy with your changes.

Is there a way to delete this Pattern? How long until the link expires?
