Hello.
Tutorial how to install it in UBUNTU VPS and run it server ?
And then use a windows or android as a client to connect to the server , please ?

Sorry for being short of detailed installation documents. You can follow the usage section to run a proxy server. As for clients, I know there's some apps like Shadowsocks or Outline you can use.

I cant start socks5 or http
can you show me examples?
server ip = 2.122.34.12
user = test
password = 123456
