The search by name seems not to work.

However, it DOES work, you just have to click the button. This is unexpected. Most people who see the magnifying glass at the right side of the search box will click it to do their search, and the result is that nothing happens. I suggest that you remove the magnifying glass or turn it into a button.

Also, most forms submit when you hit enter, but this search by name doesn't do that either. The site is usable once you figure all this out but before that, it's just frustrating.
