Overview

Terms of Use page needs to be updated and redesigned. This issue will cover the priority points from the last review by Bonnie.

Eventually, the Content on the page needs to align with legal requirements. This requires a legal professional or guidance from HfLA.

Action items

  • Review the current copy and identify priority points per Bonnie's review
  • Update content to reflect points in Bonnie's review
  • Share with Content team for feedback
  • Iterate
  • Finalize with Content team
  • Handover to UX Design

Content will prioritize the parts from Bonnie's review for the Terms page and save the other parts for later on. Deeper work needs legal research support for accuracy.
