Hello folks, I recently stumbled on your project while checking out 🍁 hackathons, and am happy to see an open source API-first backend coupled with a modern frontend in the works. I ran into some minor issues getting up and running (hence the backend PR), but have checked it out from a dev perspective and give you my ⭐⭐⭐ of approval.

Perhaps of even more use to you, I've added your project to the awesome-hackathon repo, where you are listed along with other purveyors of quality hackathon management software. It's hard for me (and others) to picture what the app looks like "in situ", so I'd be happy to see some screenshots or screencasts. Surely that's coming along.
