The usage of the Node.js deprecated url.parse is removed in favor of the WHATWG URL constructor. As a result, the baseUrl option behavior has changed so that the URL is evaluated as new URL(path, baseUrl). This means that if your path starts with a leading slash it will be evaluated as the root part of the URL path. (Remove usage of deprecated url.Parse #242)
