Breaking Changes

• The usage of the Node.js deprecated url.parse is removed in favor of the WHATWG URL constructor. As a result, the baseUrl option behavior has changed so that the URL is evaluated as new URL(path, baseUrl). This means that if your path starts with a leading slash it will be evaluated as the root part of the URL path. (Remove usage of deprecated url.Parse #242)
• The request event is now emitted just after the request object is created. You will need to replace your existing request handlers to use preRequest instead. (Introduce new preRequest event and emit request on request event #235)
