Add a way to differentiate participants as confirmed participants, mentors, crew.

Display the participant type as label in comments like mod in disqus.
Display mentors on top of the page under the label mentors (https://hacknight.in/droidconin/2013-droidcon-jsfoo#/participants) and confirmed participants as confirmed participants.
