Allow tinybar transfes for hbar transfer command

Problem

The hcli hbar transfer command doens't allow to transfer tinybars, only hbars.

Solution

The -b function should accept tinybars or make two parameters:

• --hbar for hbar
• --tiny for tinybars
  And remove the -b option

Current command used: hcli hbar transfer -f ben -t bob -b 1
