@nickm4062 i don't believe so. App Autoscaling and Autoscaling are different resource types. |

This has been released in version 1.10.0 of the AWS provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. |

Target Tracking Policies have just been added into EC2 Auto Scaling.
Behind the scenes, this is using a similar configuration to the new DynamoDB autoscaling; so this may be in conjunction with #888 .
