Remove the upper bound on aws_cloudfront_distribution/origin_keepalive_timeout

Description

origin_keepalive_timeout is an attribute with a default maximum, but this can be changed arbitrarily by AWS Support to a much higher value. This change removes the upper limit, but leaves the lower minimum.
