Feature Request: Support for Private DNS zones

Add support for Private DNS zones. Is it policy to wait till a feature is out of preview before adding support for it to Terraform? Private DNS zones are in Public Preview but would be nice to have support for them.

Thanks for opening this issue :)

Support for Private DNS Zones has previously been requested in #793 - rather than having issues tracking the same feature request I'm going to close this issue in favour of that one

@tombuildsstuff Sorry for the duplicate. I searched before opening but obviously not well enough. After reading the notes in the other issue, since this appears to be supported in the SDK now...any timeline on when you think you guys might get to it?
