This PR updates Travis to run multiple builds in parallel, which should highlight /what/ failed in a build without having to dig through the entire build log

Forgot to update the README with the Go version bump, since that's a minor change/typo I'm just going to push that one straight to master

This has been released in version 1.30.0 of the provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading. As an example:

provider "azurerm" {
	version = "~> 1.30.0"
}
# ... other configuration ...
