Feature Requests: Merge strategies and chat notifications

Terraform v0.11.13

It'd be great if we could manage merge strategies chat notifications.

Not having merge strategies managed via this provider is preventing us from using terraform to manage our bitbucket repositories. We would be very grateful if that was added.

Also, since there are two separate items in the title perhaps this should be split into two issues one for each separate request?

It looks like the bitbucket API may not support this at this time. Voting on the issue there might help: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-16387
