Description

The compute engine autoscaler has a mode property, which allows the autoscaler to be created in a only scale up mode which is a valid use case in some scenarios.

"mode": enum

MODE_ONLY_UP (WARNING): Autoscaling is in the "Autoscale only up" mode. The autoscaler can add instances but not remove any.
