Description

Support for the new scale-in parameters for managing autoscaler behavior (scale-in-replicas and time-window) as described here:
https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/autoscaler/managing-autoscalers#expandable-4

New or Affected Resource(s)

Potential Terraform Configuration

resource "google_compute_region_autoscaler" "default" {
  provider = google-beta
  region = var.region
  name   = "${var.name}-autoscaler"

  target = google_compute_region_instance_group_manager.default.self_link

  autoscaling_policy {
    max_replicas    = var.as_max_replicas
    min_replicas    = var.as_min_replicas
    cooldown_period = var.as_cooldown_period

     cpu_utilization {
       target = var.as_target_utilization
     }
    scale_in_control {
      max_scaled_in_replicas = <number of replicas>
      time_window = <seconds>
  }
