fix bool vs Compatibool ref used in flattenBackends

The gofastly.Compatibool reference being used in flattenBackends was causing a type mismatch, as gofastly.Backend uses bool (It's UpdateBackendInput and CreateBackendInput that use gofastly.Compatibool).

Problem during importing a backend:
