aws_route53_zone should export NS attributes

providers/aws: aws_route53_zone should export AWS-generated NS attributes.

We need the NS attributes to be exported to handle registrar ns swaps.

I would welcome a aws_route53_zone.foo.nameserver.*.name or similar.
