keep-going flag

Sometimes haddock fails on a module.

That should not necessarily tear down the whole process.

I implmented a --keep-going flag on top of ghc-7.6.3-release:

I would rebase it on master, but I cannot get that to compile.

It is a trivial change though.

The new release is (supposed to be) total so Haddock will no longer fail on any modules making this obsolete.

We're handling the TH problem you mentioned on the mailing list: look at ticket #256.
