[Query] Query Response caching for Hasura Community

We're looking at Hasura to power a set of our APIs.

Are there any plans to bring in Query response caching to the community / OSS edition of Hasura.

Query response caching has been something that attracted us to Hasura.

There have been a few open issues in the past (linked below), but have not seen any activity in them.

Also while looking at the PR came across this PR, which allegedly adds data-level caching support to Hasura.
Since I don't read Haskell, could not understand most of it, but if the PR did what it says, I was wondering if it could be brought back in for Hasura 2.0
