As mentinoned in the Pulp installation docs, the /usr/bin/pulp-manage-db command needs to be run as the apache user. Using the current Forge release of your module, my catalogue run fails with

Also, it seems that the package python-qpid-qmf needs to be installed for the above command tu suceed on Centos6.
