pulp-manage-db fails

As mentinoned in the Pulp installation docs, the /usr/bin/pulp-manage-db command needs to be run as the apache user. Using the current Forge release of your module, my catalogue run fails with

he same user apache runs as.
==> default: Error: /Stage[main]/Pulp::Server/Exec[setup-pulp-db]: Failed to call refresh: /usr/bin/pulp-manage-db
 returned 64 instead of one of [0]
==> default: Error: /Stage[main]/Pulp::Server/Exec[setup-pulp-db]: /usr/bin/pulp-manage-db returned 64 instead of 
one of [0]

Also, it seems that the package python-qpid-qmf needs to be installed for the above command tu suceed on Centos6.
