The lecture notes of the "Data Structures" course are in pptx format. The slides contain animation, which should be preserved in the pdf version. This can be done by saving each animation transition as a pdf page; then merge all the pdf pages together. Then each page down accounts for a transition.
There could be a smarter way, but I am not sure.
