Issue moved from ghdl/docker#23.

Project nextpnr supports a GUI based on Qt to visually explore the P&R procedure and/or the result. Currently available ghdl/synth:* images include nextpnr without the GUI, since those are to be used in CI environments.

However, we already provide other images with GUI tools, such as GtkWave. These can be easily used with either x11docker or runx, on GNU/Linux or Windows 10 hosts. Hence, should there be interest on having a ghdl/synth:nextpnr-gui, we might add it.

nextpnr packages in MSYS2 (hdl/MINGW-packages) are built with GUI enabled.

I propose adding hdl/nextpnr:gui, hdl/impl:pnr-gui and hdl/impl:gui.
