Hi all,

I hope I get some help here because I am really stuck with this Rak V2 miner. Basically I bought it new and I am trying to set it up. I went through with the setup just like with Bobcat 300 and Sensecap M1 but something is not right or went wrong.

I went to blue Helium app and started to onboard it. I put everything right like 10 dbi and 15 m high. Pick up the location and go ahead and then it sends me to black helium wallet to confirm. I do so and something either in blue or black wallet goes wrong.

Now the miner can be seen in blue app which says no location. When I try to add the location it says something went wrong. So I can't do anything in this app.

I go to black helium wallet and in the settings I can chose Assert Location or Repair location. Both ways don't work because there is not enough credit in the miner. I have a feeling there was no credit in it or there was and then used it but something went wrong and now miner is not onboard.

I have replaced the SD card from 32 GB to a 64 gb with latest firmware following a website that showed how. It had old firmware 2021 and not it's 2023.

What went wrong or how can it be done right? Anyone knows anything. Some people say I have to have DC in my walled some like 4.5 millions. The thing is the miner wont pick up my wallet to take the credit from. I was thinking maybe to do a repair onboarding via the black app but it wont use credit from my wallet, it will got to miner and there is not enough credit to perform this action.

Any ideas?
