SparkBuilderGenerator in Vscode

I use this friendly tool quite often in Eclipse. But unfortunately there is no Spark Builder Generator extension in vscode. Could you please also make a version for Visual Studio Code?

Contributing this project back to the JDT repository would probably make it much easier to integrate in VSCode, as the Java support in VSCode is based on JDT itself. :)
