it says no matter what I do, the fans are locked on 55,9%? no matter what configuration I choose, read only or enabled, fan speed wont change, target speed changes with no result.
can you please help me? what did I do wrong and how do I get rid of this?

I'm having the exact same problem on a Hp 15s. BIOS Flash and reinstall of Win 11 and my fans are stuck on a constant spin

Hey, have you tried setting the changed memory address back to it's original value?
My fan default was FF (255) and setting it to FF sets it back to the auto mode

Maybe first uninstall nbfc first if you have it. Then goto BIOS and Reset to Default. See if it works. also use Nitrosense > Custom > Adjust it.
