如何同时使用yaml文件和命令行参数？

我只想改用于训练的yaml文件中的某个参数，使每次训练输入的命令更灵活，比如每次使用的output_dir不同或者每次用的template不同。但是我发现yaml和命令行参数不能共存（全部用命令行的话又太多固定的内容了），并不能先导入所有的yaml，然后再根据命令行的输入进行修改。请问有什么好的办法吗？
